3 cl | Buttermilk |
2 cl | Vanilla syrup* |
4 cl | Mango nectar |
Garnish | Edible flowers |
Preparation:
Variation no. 1: Put all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Then double strain into a cocktail glass and decorate with edible flowers.
Punch variant: Pour the amount of ingredients needed for the number of people either into a punch bowl or into carafe, mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour. Stir before serving.
*Recipe “Vanilla syrup
250g Sugar
250ml Water
2,5 tsp Organic vanilla extract
Bring water to a boil, add sugar and dissolve it. Simmer for about 10 minutes at a low temperature. At last, add vanilla extract. Let the sirup cool down and pour it into a clean bottle. The syrup lasts up to 5 weeks in the refrigerator.
When serving, offer the ice cubes separately, that way everyone can help themselves according to taste and the punch does not become watered down.
